Last year, OSU Housing and Residential Life introduced two new loyalty programs for returning students: FREE Parking Permits and the 1-2-3 Program which gave discounts on housing rates (1% for sophomores, 2% for juniors, and 3% for seniors and graduate students). This year the same programs are being offered, and we are asking you to choose the one that is right for you. In addition, the Priority Single Rooms are still being offered in the Community Style Halls. There you can live in a single room for little more than a double room rate. Here is an example of Junior Student and how he can save more than $1,400 a year by participating in Priority Sign Up!

A junior living in Wentz in a Priority Single Room receives a 2% discount for the academic year.
$3,622 X 2% = $72.44
$1,348 + $72.44 = $1420.44 saved in one year!
Be sure to do the math on your selections and see just how much you can save by living on campus. And remember, there is just one deposit to make, one bill to pay each month and it covers EVERYTHING including your electricity, water, sewer, high speed internet, expanded basic cable, 24 hour maintenance, and 24 hour security.
